SGABU PLATFORM – INTEGRATED PLATFORM FOR BIOMEDICAL DATASETS AND MULTISCALE MODELS

The purpose of the SGABU platform is to include various models and datasets in area multiscale modelling. main aspect are related cancer, cardiovascular, bone tissue disorders. From point view dataset integration, a task requires implementation user interface that includes manipulation with either tabular data, or most required further tuning carried out by front-end developers employing technologies such as Angular, Plotly.js, Paraview Glance, etc. integration models, simulation modules provided implemented Common Workflow Language (CWL) workflows. This method an obvious choice since it makes use Docker containerization standardized way representing inputs, outputs, intermediate results, giving findability, accessibility, inter-operability reusability (FAIR principles). effort providing CWL type workflows consists two distinct actions: (1) developing on FES (Functional Engine Service) backend (2) appropriate UI. Such integrated demonstratеs different modelling examples illustratеs learning process from idea implementation.
